Listening is among the most valuable ways to use social media for business relevance and ultimately success. In addition to asking, "what are people saying about me or my competitors," also ask, "what are people saying or seeking in to improve what they're doing today?" Hey Raman You can't actually advertise your product on social media, for noone cares about. You need to provide some value for people interested in your niche. This way people will know about you and eventually about your products. Example: you're selling car washing brushes.. but noone cared about them on Twitter, right? Well you can write a cool blog post about how non-quality brush can harm the paint of your car. Or maybe you can shoot some video where 5 hot girls are washing a lamborgini using your brushes or smth like that. This would be interesting to people and they will share this with their friends and this way your product will become popular. So think of the way to present your product in some interesting way, that would make ppl want to share it with friends. Then social media will work for you!
