You'll need to follow the same steps as any other business owner. Are you a legal US resident? If you are you can simply create a LLC\Corp\LTD\ETC in the state of Florida. You'll need to make sure you get a FEIN if you plan to have employees. If you're not sure how to do this I suggest you get a business attorney to handle it for you, avoid those fly by night companies that create LLCs and Corps.
