could provide support in how to become a guest blogger?
I run a smaller advertising agency out of Minnesota and have been conducting
online marketing for over a decade. I have a great blog that I think would be
of great interest for small business owners.
My blog is www.iblogmarketing.com. I have been blogging there since about
2005. I provide free internet marketing tips for companies wanting to
increase their exposure online. I blog about things such as how to optimize
your Website for search engines, what social media channels to be in, what's
happening in the marketplace, content strategies, and more.
Any help from the community would be greatly appreciated!

The best way to start is to first register with a few websites that help
provide guest posting opportunities and help connect bloggers. They are:
bloggerlinkup.com, myblogguest.com.
With these you can pretty easily find a few places looking to post content
and you should reach out to them with some ideas for posts. It'll take a few
tries to find a good match.
The next step is to start looking for opportunities on your own. Try running
queries in Google to find blogs related to your industry - I use something
like this:
"guest post" + "your keyword"
or
"become a contributor" + "your keyword"
There's plenty of combinations you can use in addition to your keyword (such
as "write for us", etc) but that should give you a good start.
Once you get a list together take a look at the sites and make sure they're
up to par - you want to make sure your not publishing on some junky site.
Then shoot them out an email or fill out a contact form to get the ball
rolling.

We are pretty prolific in producing educational articles about sales tax. I
believe the community would benefit from them. Would we just post them or is
there a process to go through?
