I already run a custom and handmade clothing business out of my home but I would like to open a shop in my area. I have no idea where to look to for funding. The bank is out since I have less than perfect credit. Any ideas would be appreciated.

partner...preferably with money lol. Its always hard to run a business by
yourself, especially with not so stellar credit. WHy not give it a try?

secure a business loan you may be forced to think of creative alternatives,
such as getting a part-time job to secure the revenue needed to advance your
goals. Another suggestion is to start small. See who else may have an
interest in partnering with you in your business. Granted, all of these
things will take time, however, every entrepreneur must become resourceful in
overcoming challenges if they are going to grow their business.
