Post your services ads on free classified sites like Oodle, Facebook, join social groups like education, business etc. Create your business proposal emails and send it to offices/school/colleges/universities etc. they could be your potential customers. If you have a website then I advise you do some SEO and SMO for business on some specific keywords. This helps to you approach your targeted customers. For this hire some SEO expert/company who's compensation/fee in your budget.

You look like you have everything going for you... You have an awesome website and you're on top of Google for "boston computer repair" with 2400 visitors per month. If you're not getting enough business with that, I'd suggest you try adding services so you can sell more to each customer or get residual business. For example... I had a client that offered a "service contract" with a monthly fee of $50. Customers paid because they were worried about their computers breaking. He fixed the computers so they didn't break that often and made money for doing nothing - I guess like selling insurance. Just a few thoughts, Best of luck. 

I have worked with several IT and Computer repair companies in the past. They have had great success using direct mail marketing. You have the ability to target businesses and/or residential households within your geographical area. Direct mail marketing allows you to specifically target the audience that would be interested in your services. It is always suggested to include a free offer to entice these prospects to respond to your letter or postcard.
