If forming an LLC in MO is anything like OK then you need to change your operating agreement. The only thing filed with the Sec. of State should be the managing member. If this has changed you need to file an amendment to your articles of organization. Visit the website of your SOS or place a call to their business filing department. Also, I'm unsure if percentage ownership is listed on the SS-4 your completed to obtain your EIN. Take a look at irs.gov, form ss-4 to see if a call to the IRS is necessary.
