I've actually used legalfilings.com, it's a little more pricy than trying to collect all the pieces together yourself, for close to $500 bucks they will send you a business starter kit with share books, seal, etc.
I do not sell for them.

You can go down to your state's Sec. of State office and register it as a LLC or S-corp for a small fee. Usually like $40-60 dollars. This doesn't give you the proper legal protection. You will have to hire a lawyer to do the proper documents for the company aftewards.
How is your company formed - are you a sole proprietor - LLC - Corp, etc? It depends on how you are formed. I would suggest your contact SCORE (score.org) or find a local small business development center (SBDC).
