Hi , We have an online travel business but we have not enough money to expand our travel business. The problem is how much money we should spend on advertising so that many people know our products and services.
For example, now we put $5 each day on Google Adwords, but if we put $100 / per day on Google Adwords, then we have about 100 people clicks, but $100 x 30 days = $3000 . Wooo... that is big money for us.
Any ideas about how money spent on advertising for a small business ? Any formular to get this number ? This post was edited to remove a link. yahoo and bing. The cost per click is normally significantly less expensive.
You could try 3 days on yahoo and bing and 2 days on Google. With any new
business, your marketing expense is going to be the biggest expenditure. Like
the saying goes, "It takes money to make money!" Good luck!

weaknesses. Try to phrase a niche in which you can be. Choose the best
keywords for you and make a good website.

acquisition cost based on that. Once you have that, there's a very simple
rule: that acquisition cost must be lower than the revenue from that customer
(either immediate or customer lifetime revenue). If you don't start
measuring, you will just throw money down the drain.
Also, experiment with various type of ads, keywords etc. and measure
conversion rates.

you can't afford to hire an seo consultant, and even then an AdWord Campaign
will cost you up to a few thousands dollars. Many small business owners
complain that they end up spending a lot of money for AdWords clicks but do
not get enough business. The same happens with Facebook Ads too.
