how to pay quaterly tds online?

I am running a company and since last two years my chartered accountant pay quaterly tds, but he charges very high for small account. So i want to know what is the procedure for online tds payment, like i have receipt of tds which i pay every month and i have digital signature also now just i want to know how to pay independently the quaterly tds?

still no reply? I think it needs to buy licence but anyone knows who is providing such type of licence?
