How to pick the type of business to start

I am seeking information on starting a home based business at the farm for homeless males 16-24 years of age who have been transitioned out of social services. I would like to create a  home type environment and offer services from agencies as well as community members to promote success in the individuals that would be living on the farm until independent learning is obtainable. Does any one have any ideas which type of business I should go into? Incorporation verses any other as it is more a service that I will provide and not sales? I am gathering the information for the writing of the business plan now and have to ask the township which licenses will be required.Thank you.Lyn M.

I'm somewhat confused on how you detailed your query, yet I noticed that you want to help other people right? Most especially males 16-24 years old who are homeless. Hmm.. Maybe your business type will be somewhat like an orphanage? Hope that helped! :)
