How to promote emission and fuel reducing product to government agencies.

Sir,

I would like to know the best ways to promote an emission reducing and fuel saving product to government agencies?

 

The product has been tested by various third party testing facilities according to EPA and SAE testing protocols. (see www.mach3products.com) Results show the fuel savings in diesel vehicles of 16% and emissions reductions of 44%.

 

This could save the government more than 10% of fuel cost and trim hydrocarbon emissions output be government vehicles. What could be better for the government, or should I say the tax payer.

Just to add to the other answers. For the Army PEO CS&CSS handles acquisitions for POL products. You can access their public doing business with PEO CS&CSS here http://peocscss.tacom.army.mil/DBW.html.
