I want to start a blog, but I do not know where to begin.

I will advise you start with blogger first because it is free both the hosting and domain name.login there and read all the basic set-up information on the site before you start praticing.After you have have master the set up enough then you can proceed to try wordpress.However,i will advce you stick with the self hosting wordpress package.Get your domain and hosting.Happy blogging.

Wordpress.com and Blogger.com are the most popular blogging platforms. I have used both and they are great.

Simple enough for beginners: Select blogspot or wordpress.Wordpress easy but not available plugins. While blogspot plugins already available for advertising. Choose according to your taste
