As BizResearcher mentioned, A good place to start is with one of SBA resource partners: SCORE, Small Business Development Centers or Women’s Business Centers. These organizations provide free business counseling and training. To find your nearest SBA resource partner, enter your zip code in our local assistance guide.

All big businesses started as small ones and grew through providing a needed
product or service and providing excellent customer service and support. You
may want to visit with a counselor at a small business development center or
SCORE office. Their services are free and they can evaluate your business
plan (you do have one, right?) and recommend ways to help your business grow.
