See for this you have to do some marketing. Hire some guys and start sending them to medial facilities so that they can tell people there about your medical facilities. Make sure your price is cheaper than other competitors bu don't compromise with the quality. Hope this help. :)

For targeted local searches, repeat the procedure and add the city and state of your choice. You would be surprised on how much info there is on any given subject in any given location. You need to find the places online and offline where the target demographic is found. For example, they may be seeking information on how to make a claim (so you could target ppc ads in the search engines for the cities and terms they may be using).  You could also find blogs that relate to the health issues they may be suffering from. Some solicitors were hanging around hospital waiting areas to approach people direct who were on crutches etc (seems rather extreme!)..   If you find a journal or magazine which is related, they may rent you their mailing list.

Your local library may have access to a database called ReferenceUSA. This database contains information on over 14 million U.S. businesses. You can use it to locate clinics and hospitals in smaller communities if you know the names of some of the communities you want to target. Once you find a name, you can then search on the SIC code associated with it to find all other clinics and hospitals.

I would suggest you start small - pick one or two towns that fit your criteria - then try different marketing tactics - like email marketing, direct mail, phone calls, local advertising, etc. You should also be able to get a list of lcoal busiensses to target from their local chamber of commerce. Once you find out what works - then expand in groups of 5 or 10 cities at a time.

First, consider visiting the US Census site and identify the SIC or NAICS codes that you need. It's easiest to get the data here than at InfoUSA listed below. There's a variety of sources of mailing lists but I strongly recommend InfoUSA. You can build lists yourself without having to speak with anyone, then you can cut the list down until it fits your budget. I've used them for list of everything from large global military contractors, to retail packing and shipping centers. If you can't hit the exact market you want, then call them. They can do some things manually to build the list that can't be done online. And they keep track of names that you've already purchased so as you buy more, you can avoid buying the same names again. The less names you purchase, the more it costs per name but it's well worth it. Expect to get about 10% bad records. This is just part of the business so be prepared for some returned mailings. Also, BEFORE YOU BUY A LIST, if you need more data than is on the standard list, but less than is on the more complete lists (like you can just get company name and address vs. business size, employee count, transporation budget, etc.) call them and tell the person what you need. They will work up special pricing for you so you're not paying for the parts you don't need (like how much they spend on shipping - worthless to you). Best of luck! With the large PPC engines you can target by city. With Adwords you can select custom shapes or radiuses from a point to geotarget.

You don't identify what specific medical billing services you offer (e.g., billing, coding, collections, software, etc.). However, if you are attemting to determine where your services are currently something for which others are seeking online, I would recommend that you start w/ http://www.google.com/trends. Subsequently, you will be able to zero on this traffic via geo-specific targeting, to include pay-per-click ('PPC') ads specifically targeted to the cities/regions identified as having searches for your services. Furthermore, you may go to the public library and ask for registires that identify industry-specific publications throughout the country.
