How would one license source code?

Hello. I've started a small business in web design, and I've been developing
a PHP script to help with web development. I want to distribute these script
for free under some restrictions (free may not be a good word for business,
but I do have a plan for it). I want to allow other individuals and
businesses to use the source of my script, but I do not want them to sell it
in any way. How would I protect my source code for this? In list form, it
goes like this: > Individuals or other businesses can use the source to make
money. (e.g. creating a website with it). > However, they cannot sell the
source itself in any way. (e.g. selling a website with my source). >
Individuals can use and modify the source, but must keep these modifications
under the same license. I feel this license will be crucial for my business's
success. Any help would be appreciated.

free. You will need the assistance of an attorney to create an enforceable
licensing agreement. Then you will need some way to monitor each licensee,
which can be time consuming. How do you plan to make money from your idea?
Perhaps selling, rather than giving away, the licensing rights would make
more sense. A counselor at a small business development center or SCORE
office or an attorney can help you work through the logistics.
