I am trying to figure out how I am supposed to go about buying a motel in NY.
I've done up a business plan and I have looked at the property and have
talked to their realestate person. I was told I have to find a NY lawyer to
help me come up with a term of agreement for the price. What kind of lawyer
do I try to find? And why does the bank loan come second? Isn't the bank
supposed to be the ones that let me know if its a bad investment or not?
