I'm from Palestine live in Saudi Arabia want invest some money with open some shop there or any thing from any one could give me any suggestions , I'm ready from now.

Have you seen this publication from the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)? If you are considering investing in an US company, I suggest you take a look at their brochure, International Investing.
You might consider investing in real estate. It seems as though in certain parts of the Country we are seeing a stabilization in prices. We are also starting to see a fair amount of foreign investment in real property right now. If you can buy and hold for 3-5+ years could work out well for you!
