well mostly contract work for hotels and other stuff is bid on, so once the plans and design work is approved, various companies bid on the job, and offer things like lower rates, better supplies, etc. I would find a local forum where designers and architects hang out, and sollict some feedback and advice there.

I was the VP of a Furniture Manugfacturing & Interior Design Company, and were in a similar predicament. We worked hard and got ourselves on the bid-invite list of a few of the largest nation-wide banks (to do their branches), airlines offices, and insurance companies. What I'm trying to say here is that there is really no quick fix. I would suggest that you get with Interior Designers, and architects, and others who are in the job of specifying material. A simple starting point would be to use yahoo yellow pages http://yp.yahoo.com, key-in your town, and search for Interior Designers. Sort out your list by distance, and you will have a hit list. Then as a 1st stage go around and visit each one of them and set them up with your business cards, brochures, list of products, and customer comments, etc., and try and get them to include you in their invitation to bid list. If you have local interior decorators or artists, get to met them, and do the same thing. Invit them over to your workshop. Let them see the quality of work you output. Business Strategies
