I'm finding that Keywords play an important part in how sites get listed either in Google, Yahoo or Bing at the very top. There a free program that allows you to type in a keyword that you may be using for your site or blog and then tell which keywords relative to yours are at the very top of these Search Engines. You can then use the appropriate keywords within your site or Blog's Keword listing (meta data) so that it will possibly come closer to the top of the search engines. Hope this might be helpful. I think that its the same as you do it for google. I dont have any special recepie but Im getting pretty the same results for bing as for google.

Having Bing Index your site is the first step.  I found last year that Bing will let you establish a Bing Webmaster Account, similar to Google's Webmaster Tools.  Set up that account and register your website.  Bing will provide a verification code you will place on your home page.  Following that, the Bing bot will do a rather good job of Indexing your site. Other comments above discussed ways to improve Ranking.  Just remember, Ranking follows Indexing.

Would be hard to SEO for both even if you knew. 70% of your traffic is going to come from Google and less than 30% from Bing and Yahoo combined. Makes more sense to concentrate on Google and let Bing do its thing.

As it's best to do seo on bing where the bing used mostly. However it's good to do seo on google.       Regards

All the search engines use different algorithms to determine SERPs. Google's is the most competitive 'nut to crack.' But all the search engines look at the same 200+ criteria to make their determinations on where you rank. Page titles, meta tags, keyword density, backlinks etc. They just each place different weights on them.

Yeah exactly, this is so not true. Bing's algorith is quite less strong than google; maybe that's why you need meta tags from making him understand. 

Quality backlinks helps to get good SERP on the various serach engine. But you have to submit your website in that various search engines. so submit your website in Bing & collect more & more good backlinks with high pr for your website...
