;m starting a new business that will deal with a multitude of internet retailers. -m wondering what kind of criteria I should consider when deciding on the credibility of an internet retailer. Are there any general rules of thumb concerning certain characteristics or accreditations to look for in an internet retailer to assure that I and my prospective clients are not getting involved with an untrustworthy or fly-by-night operation? Are there any government requirements of an internet retailer? Thanks!
