This is about the fourth or fifth post in a row asking about grants for their business. There are no such things for most 'for-profit' businesses. Do you know why you cannot find any information for these so called business grants - because they don't exist. You are better off spending your time on a business loan.

There are no real grants for rehabing houses. Your state or city may have received some stimulus money to rehab houses in your state or city. Plus, there are HUB funds through your city government for this. But, these funds are for their use - not yours - sorry. You can bid on city or state jobs or even apply for HUD fund through your city (usually open bid period at beginning of the year). Might want to call your city manager's office for more information. But, if you are looking for funds to rehab houses then flip them for your own profit - you may be barking up the wrong tree. Might try a business or personal loan.
