I want to start a classified website. At the beginning it'll be free and after a couple of months I'll charge users that post ads on the jobs section, and the other services will continue to be for free. Everything is going to be online, I won't have an office. Customers will post their own ads, and paypal will transfer funds to my account every 15 days. I know I have to pay my taxes to the IRS, but do I need a Zoning inspection as a physical business or a Local Business Tax Receipt? I live in Miami.
