Hi Everyone! I want to introduce myself and need some advice/suggestions from
your expertise. I’ll be dealing with custom curtains and other bedding
items. I’m thinking about importing directly and market it in US or buy it
from importers. If I import directly, should I have to get some sort of
license, registration etc. or establish as a regular trading/marketing
company? What are the pros/cons? I am not sure if you buy products from
overseas and sell as a marketing company.
Another question is, if I can be a registered agent of an overseas company.
Should I still need to be registered as an Importer? Or If I can be a partner
company with overseas company? What is better?
I would appreciate all your help, suggestion, and advice.
