S-Corporation vs LLC Corporation and if Incorporation can help or hinder the
small family business owner. I will check back in the forums to see if
anything else like this pops up.

questions. But many websites exists that provide lots of free information,
too, about choice of entity.
The website in my sig, for example, flows out of a graduate tax class I
taught at Golden Gate University about choosing between an LLC and an S
corporation.
Note: To clear up a common confusion, an S corporation isn't really a
corporation, it's a set of tax accounting procedures that a variety of
entities can use as long as they meet the eligibility requirements. For
example, (and not surprisingly) corporations can sometimes use the procedurs.
But so can LLCs (limited liability companies).
