I am thinking to start a new business (Inc) in the state of NY (capital region) & doing some research work on it. And I was just wondering about some elements.
1) Can I use my home address for my corporation in early stage: I mean to say in the process of filling (registration) certification of Incorporation?
2) How much will be the fees for alloting 100% share on my name during the registration process?
3) How much a lawyer would charges for filling a corporation? Or is it good/easy to carry out task by self?
Please quide me in this process as I am new. Thank you! :)

1) Yes, many people use their home address as the business' address.
2) Under $100 (If I understand your question correctly)
3) Don't use a lawyer. I incorporate out of Florida and go to sunbiz.org but for NY just go to: ehow.com/how_2040098_incorporate-business-newyork.html
