Hi, I am trying to start a group home for teens (runaways, abused, etc.) and
or adults/teens with disabilities. Does the SBA offer grants to begin these
types of services? Thanks!!

The SBA does not offer grants or loans. Rather, they guarantee loans made by
a bank. Any type of temporary housing is highly regulated. Therefore, you may
want to share your business plan with a counselor at a small business
development center or a SCORE office. Their services are free and they can
recommend how best to proceed.
