I'm trying to start a dog park/ day care of dogs. I didn't know exactly what
I needed and was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction
to find out.

Your city or county will have regulations with which you must comply in
addition to state requirements. Your city or county clerk's office should be
able to help, as can your local zoning department.
