Integrated Accounting Software

I was forced to play with different solutions for a seamless accounting, which integrates all online source for credit cards, paypal, bank accounts.

 

I settled on Quickbooks, since it seemed the best solution of all, but still has problems, such as:

 

- refusing to download credit card statements for certain cards

- doesn't allow to identify paypal downloaded items as  payments for open invoices etc.

 

Is there anybody out there, who has a seamlessly integrating accounting tool, which doesn't have those limitations?

Hi UWE There are lots of products available with Quickbooks, and other Acct'g Software, such as Quick Cart, and ICINITI, which will integrate to provide you seamless credit card processing capabilities. ICINITI is, I believe, more dedicated ACCPAC, one of my personal favorites among accounting software. Best o luck. George cogency.us

Hi Uwe The only accounting software with a built-in interface for Pay Pal I can think of is Microsoft Accounting Express. Acctg Exp even has Paypal invoicing. Any other accounting suite you go with, will need an additional integrator, such as Crystal Reports, etc. Hope that helps. Business & Management Consulting
