I have a personal assistant/concierge ad on Craigslist, I wanted to add to it that I would Rent out my Wii Game console and games, deliver & pick up for Private Parties. charge a fee & deposit

This sounds like a different business model, that of renting equipment. The question of can you do it, sure. The question of should you do it, you'll have to answer that yourself as to what kind of business you're trying to run.

There is nothing legal wise that could prevent you from being able to rent out your console. However, you'll need to work out a very specific and standard rental agreement; this will include stuff like charges for a broken control, scratch game, etc. You'll also want to take a good deposit or valid credit card number.
