Internet advertising business should I incorporate in US or elsewhere

Hi,

I am starting a internet advertising business and most of my clients are in the US.  If I incorporate the company in other countries i would recieve a lower tax rate.

I was wondering if there are any advantages of incorporating the Company in the US ?

Would it be easier for my clients to do buisness with a US company?

How about future clients would they trust a US incorporated company more or would they not care about where the company is incorporated?
