My organization has been printing (laser printing) and automation presort mailing bills, statements, notices, checks, direct mail, etc. for over 25 years. We have clients from all over the country.
Our project management staff will work with your team to develop customized Standard Operating Procedures based on your specific requirements. These procedures will include all necessary QC/QA documentation to insure that each and every mailing goes out accurately and on time.
We have the faculty to create dynamic statements. Our capabilities include advanced logic and enables powerful conditional processing, advanced math functions include full arithmetic capability, page numbering, modulus calculations, and scaling for dynamic graphs (charts, lines, boxes and forms), ability to wordwrap around a shape or inside irregular shapes.
Because we use the Optional Procedure Mailing System (OP), the postal service is at our plant every day to verify our mail on-site. This allows for fast-track entry into the mailstream. Only service providers who meet very strict USPS requirements for accuracy are permitted to take part in this program. We maintain - very high standards so that our clients will benefit from expedited entry of your mail into the mailstream, shortening the time to in-home delivery.
WE maintain physical security procedures to protect our buildings and their contents. All production facilities are located in locked down facilities. Security cameras cover every entrance and every critical point within the walls of our warehouse and other work areas at both our data services and lettershop facilities. No one may enter the facilities without an employee or a visitor badge for identification purposes. An employee escorts visitors at all times.
And, we do this at very attractive rates.
