I don't have my own business, but husband does.  I'm always looking for ways to help him grow.

We ourselves are working with a SEO specialist who got our sites several #1 rankings on Google in our industry. We found that REAL SEO was hard to come by and very expensive. Luckily that is not the case anymore. We happen to come across him by chance. And, we are glad we did too. Anyone interested in his services can visit walthanson.com although I am not sure whether or not they are taking on new clients. I will however go as far as telling him about this forum as he is always willing to hand a helping hand to those who need it. Fair comment Nicole - is there a specific discussion board where SEO related enquiries are best posted? I think thwere was on at some stage, but I couoldn't find it when i took a look recently.

Hello Susana, We've developed an quick SEO analysis tool at our company and I ran his site through it; seozio.com/hubshout.com Some of the images could have better alt text and richer content is always suggested. Overall it looks like most of the on-page has been done fairly well. On the off-page side of things something that's fairly easy and could help increase trust is getting a submission on dmoz.org. I think you're husband will probably be pretty popular if he wants to pop his head in here now and again! there's always a lot of SEO related questions flying around and he might even pick up some business! anyone involved in the SEO field: I've been wrestling with something for a bit, the importance of a long registration term. How important is this aspect of a domain in terms of G ranking? I mean, is a 1yr registered domain much worse off than a 5yr? does G give significantly more weight to long reg's?
