Hello Everyone,
I am Peter Fabian and recently joined SBA community. I am running my local
business and now planning to expand it on country level. But before that I
need experts opinion to how to make any business successful. Running any
business in local area is not that difficult. What all point should be kept
in mind while expanding it on large level. How should I plan the strategy?
Please help me with your advice

Goodluck with it. Well, probably the best you can do is to read some tutorials on how to start up your business both online and in brick and mortar setting.

I agree with the above SCORE recommendation. I would also look to expand into
a handful of major markets first as to not diversify yourself too quickly.
Pick 5 major cities and launch campaigns. Slow and steady wins the
race...good luck!
