We started working with our neighborhood youth in Apr 1993 just to help keep them busy and out of trouble. Incorporated June 1997, became a 501 c 3 non-profit organization because the youth wanted to belong to an organization that truly care about them and their family, someplace very near to their home due to the fact that children do not have a way to get to programs far away without their parents and most parents work during the time children need to be activity engaged in something positive. In October of 2000, we started providing child care services in our home to assist teen and single parents. The teen that we served also created another program called ReaLife Academy that was geared to provide role modeling guidance for our young males and females. By providing information for teens and young adults to chose a career path and we still assist all ages who may be in need of the services we provide. We are no longer non-profit since January 2011, but be still provide the same services and we plan to reapply this year. We currently have two child care centers where we employ those who may in need of a JOB that is willing to further their education in early child care, psychology, social work, business, or any other career field they chose. We are now ready to launch ReaLife Community Development Ministries to help our community teens and young adults families, the homeless and our veteran population.
