The International Peacemaking Church of Christ (IPCC) located at 1525 Bedford Rd, Bedford, TX 76021 has just started a language school offering classes in English as a second language (ESL) and foreign languages. Most of our ESL applicants are new immigrants who are not able to pay for classes because they don't get jobs due to lack of English. IPCC is a small multicultural congregation with great goals but which can't offer free classes. How can SBA help?
