Is a non disclosure agreement that is signed by someone, scanned then emailed back legally binding or do I need the copy with the original signature? I am dealing with several people from out of state and want to stay protected. Also, what non disclosure form are others using? Is there a simple, general, printable form that you could recommend?
Have you considered having the form initially sent to you by fax or email, then asking that the original be mailed to you? If an issue should occur, it would be better to have the original than a copy that the person could say they didn't sign.
