My name is Jay Katari and I would like to know whether there are any online

recycling.

business on a State by State basis compiled by the EPA. The information seems
old and there is a disclaimer that they do not update it anymore, but it is a
good start. There are also links to other resources that might be useful for
this type of company. You can go here:
http://www.epa.gov/osw/conserve/rrr/rmd/bizasst/index.htm
I could not find anything about grants for profit businesses, but there are
some pages about financing scattered all over the EPA site, so you might want
to read those up. At the end of the day I suspect that unless there is a
specific program, the business will be looked at just like any other business
startup.

resources, check the web sites of appropriate agencies in your state. This
will take some time, but there are no web sites that I have found that have
that type of information state-by-state. And if there were, it would need to
be constantly updated to be relevant. You might also call your county solid
waste management office and see if they have recommendations.
