Have you completed any market research to determine whether this is the right
time to expand your business? The real estate market is slowly coming back,
but, without facts to substantiate your desire to expand, this may not be the
right time. You may want to visit with a counselor at a small business
development center or a SCORE office in your area. Their services are free
and they can help you examine your options.
