Recently I bought a restaurant that was a turn key sale, and a contract was sign stating that I bought it with licenses and permits. When I left the business all the permits were there but when I returned the next day they were gone; I called the guy who sold it to me and he said he took them to turn them in because he dose not want me to have the employer ID#. Well my question is, do I need to acquire legal assistance?
