Quite a few business owners have asked us in the past about the steps, rules and regs of opening an online retail business. I'm hoping you might share some of your experiences ... start up issues you encountered, suprises, etc. Also, we want to improve services to your industry on Business.gov and I'd love to hear your thoughts on how we can do that.
