I did some research for small businesses on the following online coupon dealers: Facebook vs. Amazon vs. Google vs. Living Social vs. Groupon. I found that most of the discounts were around 45-50% off the normal prices; a few went as low as 33% off but some categories also went as high as 90% off. The biggest discounts tended to be for personal care services and small independent business owners. The larger chain stores have their own target online coupon services. As you can see from the discounts offered to get people in the stores and coupon marketing campaign will not be cheap. So you must have an up-sell marketing plan in place so you can recover your initial loss. What I would recommend is that you market your coupons across multiple platforms. As far as getting relevant coupons according to my buying habits, the companies that came closest is Groupon and Facebook. Let me know your thoughts, Keith Gilabert
