A lot of small business owners always say, "I have a great product, but nobody knows they need it." Well, in my experience these are the factors that make a sale: 1. It typically takes an average of 21 impressions before someone buys - so keep sending out the tweets and make sure you build a following on facebook (these are great low cost tools to mass marketing) 2. Examine your prices.... people only buy when they are in "pain" and can afford to take care of the "pain". 3. Always be selling, if you issue a receipt or hand out a business card make sure a promo is printed on it -- this is your time to promote! Good Luck! Keith Gilabert
