A great way to promote your business is by "Team Management". An example of this concept is when an interior designer creates a business relationship with a contractor. The benefits to this arrangement are the following: 1. Expands marketability - A recommendation from a trusted source is the best advertising. 2. Combine Resources - So the out of pocket is not 100% yours. 3. All team members have ownership over their portion of the contract. 4. Share in the risks and rewards - Often times business owners view partnerships as leaving money on the table but if you find a partner that compliments your business you will actually increase revenue.
