Hello to all. I have an authenic Lamborghini Countach, and am looking into starting a small business in Estes Park, Colorado that involves photographs,rides and merchandise. All driving will be done by me, no renting the car. I was just thinking of a little tent and booth in the corner of a parking lot in town. I have been researching it heavily, but am wondering if anyone can tell me what types of business permits I will need to operate successfully without problems. I have gathered that I will need a Taxi License, a Sales Tax Permit, a rent contract with owner of the parking lot I operate in, and an authorized reseller permit from Lamborghini. Is there anything that I might have left out? ANY HELP OR ADVICE IS GREATLY APPRECIATED. Thank you in advance.

What a great idea! You may want to network with event planners in your area. I am sure there are a number of family reunions, weddings, and other activities occuring in your area, particularly in summer. Your car would be a big hit for an anniversary party, wedding, or another special event. You might even offer gift certificates. For instance, someone could give mom and dad a ride as part of a 50th anniversary celebration. You might also keep a camera handy just in case those who book a ride don't have one.
Just was going through the forum and I have to tell you I got excited when I saw your idea.
I love it and would definitely be first in line for that!
Did I mention that I love the idea?
One of my Uncle's always seemed to have the latest sports car - some I remember: Pantera, Delorian, Corvettes (of course), Ferrari - never a Lambourghini though.

Colorado recently passed a law that drivers of passenger-carrying vehicles must carry a valid medical examiner's certificate on their person.
Some cities and counties may issue industry-specific permits in yearly lotteries so be sure to check with your local registration office.
