I assume this is for a business plan. Every business has a legal structure -
corporation, LLC, partnership, etc. Once you have decided what you want to
be, then you need to describe that. For instance, if you have a partnership,
how will the duties be divided; how much equity will each partner contribute;
what is your exit plan? There are numerous issues associated with each legal
structure.
