Legal Question

Anybody know what the rules regarding SDVOSB set asides are? The company I
work for is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business and we would like
to re-sell (via bidding on contracts set aside for SDVOSB) the service of
another company we have partnered with. Can we legally bid on government
contracts when all we are doing is re-selling some other companies service?

understand the solicitation provisions and contract clauses at VAAR
852.219-10. The rules for VA solcitations are slighty different than SBA's
primarily with SDVO SB eligibility. Percentage of performance language is
almost identical. Also, if you are teaming or have a joint venture with
another company, make sure you meet the small business size standards rules
found at 13 CFR 121.
