Legal recourse with vendor

I have an online retail business. Our largest vendor has recently decided to supply an online competitor with off-price merchandise that is in some cases the same or very similar to what we carry at full MSRP. The competitor initally stole the vendor's identity and purported to sell items that they did not carry. The vendor has acknowledged that our competitor stole their logo and attempted to brand their website with the logo and that they are not stocking everything they sell.
Vendor is not drop shipping for them so I receive calls from angry customers because their items are not shipping from the competitors site. Even so it's clear that this practice is causing us to lose many sales.
Do I have any sort of legal recourse against the vendor for supporting these business practices?
