Hi Everyone, My name is Georgia Cohen. I am trying to open up a NY style (authentic Diner in CA. I have attended the first workshop in Sacramento, CA. I am now trying to get in touch with Santa Ana, CA, to hopefully finish the necessary steps to apply for a loan. I would really appreciate any of you successful women and men lol, helping me navigate through this, My ultimate goal, is to have a summer oppenning, so that gives me about 7 months. I am looking for a turn key, so it will be easier having all the necessary equipment there, obviously I would remodel and low and behold the hubby is a retired GC, so he can do just about anything I need. Okay so my first step is and goes like this 1- got the ficticious business name printed in the paper so it s name Shalopas is now legally mine 2- have my business plan 3-setting up a meeting with the Santa Ana, Ca representative, to see what she says to expect and etc. 4,5,6,7,8,9,10? what do I do next, to the professional small business owners.
