While this seems like an easy wayto do things you still have potenntial liabilities. for one thing you are acting as an intermediariy and essentially making representations about the people you're recommending. You'd need to have disclaimers regarding the veracity ofnthe information you present to the end customer at the very least.

I suppose the question is, will you be collecting monies from this? States also have differing views on what constitutes a business. Another thing to keep in mind is liability. If you list a business and they fail to provide services or rip someone off can someone come back at you? Good Terms and Conditions pages can eliminate this problem. With anything legal I suggest a lawyer. Small business isn't as fun as a hobby but it pays better.
