Hello, Everyone!!! I want to start a food truck business that will travel the United States. I want everything from competitions, to festivals, to fairs, to parties(large or small), etc. I want it all! I graduated from Culinary School with an Associate's Degree in May 2012 and became a Certified Culinarian through the American Culinary Federation. I want to show everyone what I have to offer. The passion and desire for cooking is beyond anyone can imagine. Perfection is what I am all about, and seeing people smile from my food is........well, the ulitmate bliss for me. I love what I do and do what I love. Now, I just have to get the truck to be able to do this. I am working on that, but like all things, I have to be patient and do it the right way. I hope I can, and hope to see you in the future!!
